Imran Syed is the Founder and Principal of RB Engineering Services, bringing more than 18 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, building systems design, energy engineering, code compliance, and construction consulting. As a licensed Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, LEED Accredited Professional, and a RESNET HERS Rater, he has successfully delivered engineering solutions across residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments throughout the United States.

Throughout his career, Imran has specialized in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) design, energy efficiency, and building performance solutions. His experience combines practical engineering design with a thorough understanding of local building regulations, allowing him to develop           technically sound and code-compliant solutions for projects of varying complexity.

Prior to founding RB Engineering Services, Imran served in senior engineering leadership roles as a recognized subject matter expert in MEP engineering, energy efficiency, and sustainable building design. He led multidisciplinary engineering teams responsible for delivering MEP design, energy analysis, green building consulting, commissioning, and construction documentation for a wide range of projects. His responsibilities included strategic project leadership, technical quality control, client relationship management, and mentoring the next generation of  engineering professionals.
